Introduction
Telisky is an IoT device management platform for managing fleets of industrial cellular routers and GPS tracking devices. It consists of two main parts: the RC500 router and the cloud management portal.
RC500 Industrial Router
Section titled “RC500 Industrial Router”The RC500 is an industrial edge router built for mobile and remote deployments:
- Dual cellular connectivity with SIM switching and failover
- Dual-band WiFi (2.4GHz + 5GHz) with guest network isolation
- WAN failover between Ethernet and cellular connections
- VPN support — WireGuard, IPsec, and OpenVPN remote access
- GPS tracking with NMEA/TAIP streaming
- Cloud-managed — configuration, monitoring, and firmware updates from the portal
Cloud Management Portal
Section titled “Cloud Management Portal”The portal at cloud.telisky.com provides centralized management:
- Real-time fleet monitoring with status, signal, and GPS dashboards
- Over-the-air firmware updates
- Configuration profiles pushed to device fleets
- Role-based access control with granular permissions
- Alert system for device health, connectivity, and geofence events
- Multi-tenant — each organization’s data is fully isolated
