Telisky helps you deploy and manage RC500 industrial routers - and the voice adapters connected to them - across as many sites and vehicles as you need.

What Telisky manages

The RC500 is a rugged cellular router built for vehicles, remote sites, and temporary deployments. It keeps a location online using a wired internet connection, a cellular SIM, or both, and can fail over automatically between them.

You manage RC500 routers two ways, and most teams use both.

The two management surfaces

The cloud portal and the local Web UI both manage the RC500, but they are built for different moments. Cloud changes run remotely as managed jobs; local Web UI changes are on-site and apply directly, including recovery tasks that are not general cloud controls.

What you can do from the cloud

  • See which devices are online, when they were last seen, and how their connection is doing.
  • Apply a saved configuration to one router, a group of routers, or a staged rollout.
  • Update firmware and watch each update’s progress.
  • Manage your organizations, invite people, and review activity history.

What you do locally on the router

  • Bring a new router online and set its first-boot security.
  • Change network, WiFi, cellular, VPN, and GPS settings on the router in front of you.
  • Recover a router that has lost its internet or cloud connection.
