Compare plans: Core, Edge, and Enterprise

Every organization in the Telisky cloud portal is on one of three plans: Core, Edge, or Enterprise. Your plan controls which portal features are available and how much history the portal keeps - it never limits how many routers you can manage.

Your current plan, subscription status, and invoices live on the Billing page.

Prices are flat per organization, not per device. You can pay monthly or annually. Enterprise pricing, retention, and commercial terms are agreed with the Telisky team, and Enterprise includes dedicated support - the Billing page shows Contact sales for Enterprise instead of self-service checkout.

All three plans include the complete day-to-day management workflow, with no device count limits:

These features are enforced by the platform per plan. The same matrix appears on your Billing page.

Smart device groups-
Staged rollouts (canary & waves)-
Custom alert rules-

VoIP analytics & call quality-
Sub-organizations-

What that means for a Core organization:

  • Bulk updates still work. Core pushes firmware and config to many routers at once with group jobs. Rollouts - the staged canary-and-wave mechanism - are Edge and up.
  • Groups still work. Core uses static device groups; smart tag-based membership is Edge and up.
  • Alerts still work. Core gets the built-in automatic alerts; writing your own custom alert rules is Edge and up.

If your role does not allow a feature, you will not see it regardless of plan - see Users & Roles.

Your plan sets how far back the portal can look. This window applies to telemetry charts, reports, exports, the audit log, and VoIP call records.

Audit log30 days1 yearCustom (multi-year)
VoIP call records30 days1 yearCustom (multi-year)

Two details worth knowing:

  • If you request a wider window than your plan keeps - for example a 30-day report on Core - the portal clamps the report to your plan’s window rather than failing.
  • On Enterprise retention terms longer than one year, the most recent 13 months of telemetry are queryable online. Older history is kept in an archive and is not available through portal queries today; contact your account team about archive availability.

If you move to a plan with a shorter window, history older than the new window is no longer available in the portal.

All plans support the developer API. Plan-gated features apply to API calls the same way they apply in the portal - for example, GPS locations, data exports, and webhooks return an entitlement error on Core. Beyond that, the difference is how many live access keys an organization can hold at once:

  • Core: 3 access keys
  • Edge and Enterprise: unlimited access keys

New organizations typically start on a 14-day trial with Edge-level access, so you can evaluate GPS, rollouts, exports, and the rest of the Edge feature set before subscribing. The Billing page shows how many trial days remain.

When a trial ends without a subscription, the organization becomes read-only and features drop to the Core set until you subscribe. Your data and devices are not removed.

Trial access applies only to the organization that is on trial - it does not extend to separately billed sub-organizations.

Plans are inherited downward. A sub-organization automatically gets the highest paid plan held by any organization above it:

  • Sub-organizations of an Edge organization get Edge features without their own subscription, even if they carry their own Core plan.
  • A sub-organization with its own higher plan keeps it - a lower-tier parent never downgrades a child.
  1. Open the Billing page. You need owner-level (organization write) access.
  2. Pick the plan and billing cycle. Existing subscriptions are changed through the billing portal; new subscriptions go through checkout.
  3. Features unlock once the plan change is active. If the Billing page does not offer the change - for example for Enterprise, or when self-service checkout is unavailable - contact your account team.

Downgrades are applied the same way. Remember that a shorter history window applies as soon as the new plan is active.
