Web Interface

The RC500 provides a modern Vue 3-based web interface for local device management. Access it at http://192.168.1.1 when connected to the device’s LAN or WiFi network.

  1. Connect to the RC500 via Ethernet LAN port or WiFi
  2. Open a browser and navigate to http://192.168.1.1
  3. Log in with your admin credentials

Default credentials:

  • Username: admin
  • Password: (printed on device label)

The main dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of device status:

  • System uptime and firmware version
  • Connection status — WAN, cellular, WiFi
  • Signal strength — Current cellular signal with history graph
  • Connected clients — WiFi and LAN client count
  • Traffic statistics — Upload/download rates

The WiFi Settings page can generate a QR code for easy client connection. Scan the code with a phone to connect instantly without typing the password.

Many pages include live-updating status indicators:

  • Cellular signal strength gauge
  • WAN failover active/standby state
  • VPN tunnel up/down status
  • GPS fix quality and satellite count
  • Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity
  • Only one admin session is allowed at a time
  • Session cookies are stored locally (not sent to cloud)
