Confirm cloud connection
After the router has internet, confirm it is connected to the Telisky cloud portal.
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Customer Owners, Admins, Members, Viewers, and installers coordinating with the customer team.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- A Telisky account for the correct organization or site.
- The router identifier from the label, work order, or deployment packet.
- Confirmation that the router has an internet path through Ethernet or cellular.
- An installer handoff message, if an installer is doing the field work.
Time required
Section titled “Time required”About 5 minutes after the router has internet. First contact can take a few minutes.
Confirm the router appears
Section titled “Confirm the router appears”- Sign in to cloud.telisky.com.
- Open Devices.
- Search or scan for the router name, label, serial, MAC, or deployment identifier you were given.
- Open the router detail page.
- Check status and last seen.
What each result means
Section titled “What each result means”| What you see | What to do |

| Router is listed and online | Continue to First dashboard health check. |
| Router is listed with recent last seen but still says offline | Wait a minute and refresh. Status can lag behind the most recent report briefly. |
| Router is listed but last seen is old | Check power and internet, then use Router offline or silent. |
| Router is not listed | If your setup uses an MDM attach code, complete Attach a router to the cloud. Otherwise confirm you are in the correct organization or site, then contact Telisky Support with the router identifier and setup time. |
| Router appears under the wrong name or site | Stop and ask an Owner/Admin or Telisky Support to confirm assignment before changing settings. |
Factory-prepared, attached, and manually assigned routers
Section titled “Factory-prepared, attached, and manually assigned routers”Some routers are prepared before shipment and connect to the correct organization automatically. Others are attached during installation with a one-time MDM code, or assigned by Telisky, your admin, or an installer.
You do not need to know which method was used unless the router is missing from Devices. Your job is to confirm the router appears in the right place and has a recent last-seen time.
Checkpoint
Section titled “Checkpoint”You are ready for the next step when:
- The router appears in Devices for the expected organization or site.
- It shows online, or last seen is recent enough that you know it contacted the portal.
- You can open the router detail page.

If you are blocked
Section titled “If you are blocked”Collect:
- Organization or site name.
- Router name, label, serial, MAC, or work-order identifier.
- Approximate time the router was powered on, with time zone.
- What the Internet, Cellular, and Signal indicators show.
- Whether wired internet, cellular, or both are connected.
- Screenshots of Devices and the router detail page, if available.
Then use Contact Telisky Support. Do not send passwords, SIM identifiers, tokens, or raw logs in public channels.
