What is the difference between the cloud portal and the local Web UI?

The cloud portal at cloud.telisky.com manages devices remotely from one place. The local Web UI runs on each router at http://192.168.4.1 and is used on-site, even with no internet. Both refer to the router, but not every local action has a cloud button. See Cloud Portal vs Local Web UI.

The time of a router’s most recent contact with the cloud. A recent last-seen time means the router is reporting; a stale one means it has not checked in lately. See Router offline or silent.

Why does port forwarding fail on cellular?

Many cellular plans use CGNAT, where the carrier does not give the router a publicly reachable address. Inbound connections cannot reach the router in that case, no matter how the rule is set. Ask your carrier about a public IP option. See Internet & Cellular.

The device downloads the firmware, applies it, and reboots - so it is briefly offline. Do not interrupt power. It reconnects and reports its new version when done. See Firmware Updates.
