Accept your invite

Account access is the first step before you confirm a router online. Most people use an invite email. If you are the first person setting up Telisky for your organization, Telisky may instead direct you to create the first owner account for the Telisky cloud portal.

  • The first customer Owner creating the organization account after Telisky tells them to begin setup.
  • Anyone who received a Telisky invite email: Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer, or Installer.
  • The invite email from Telisky or from someone in your organization, or first-owner setup instructions from Telisky.
  • Access to the email inbox used for the account.
  • A password you will use only for your Telisky account.
  • Your organization or site name, so you can confirm you joined the right place.

About 5 minutes if the invite or first-owner setup is ready.

SituationWhat to doWhat happens next
You are the first person setting up Telisky for your organizationUse the first-owner setup instructions from Telisky and create the owner account with your own email address. You become the Owner for the organization in the Telisky cloud portal and can invite teammates after sign-in.
You received an invite emailOpen the invite, confirm the organization or site name, and accept it with the email address shown in the invite. You join with the role chosen by the person who invited you.
You are an installerUse the installer invite or handoff link provided for the job.You may land on a limited status-check page instead of the full Telisky cloud portal.

The account you create here is for the Telisky cloud portal. It does not change the local password on the router.

Read the role shown in the invite. It tells you what you can do after signing in:

RoleWhat you can doWhere you usually land nextAsk for a different role if…
OwnerManage the organization, team access, routers, billing, and account settings. The full Telisky cloud portal. You only need to monitor routers or help with one install.
AdminManage routers and day-to-day operations. The full Telisky cloud portal. You need billing or ownership settings, or you should only view status.
MemberHelp operate routers and review activity. The Telisky cloud portal with fewer account controls. You need to invite people, manage billing, or change organization settings.
ViewerSee router status and reports without changing settings.Read-only areas of the Telisky cloud portal. You need to change router settings or run setup actions.
InstallerConfirm limited field setup status without seeing organization data.A limited installer status-check page. You need customer account access or ongoing fleet monitoring.

If the role looks wrong, do not accept the invite just to get started. Ask the person who invited you to resend it with the right role.

  1. Open the invite email.
  2. Confirm the organization or site name is the one you expect.
  3. Select Accept invite.
  4. Enter the requested profile details. If phone number is requested, use a number your team or Telisky can use during setup.
  5. Set your password if this is your first Telisky account. If you already have a Telisky account for that email address, sign in with your existing password.
  6. Sign in to cloud.telisky.com.
