Telisky MDM Terms of Service

These Telisky MDM Terms of Service govern use of the Telisky mobile device management / cloud management service for managed routers and related account features (the MDM Service).

When you accept these MDM Terms in a self-service signup or invite-acceptance flow, the acceptance record stores this version identifier together with the exact immutable URL of the snapshot above. Do not treat this pointer page as the accepted text: this page may later point at a newer version.

How versions work

Section titled “How versions work”
  • The full legal text lives only in versioned snapshot pages under /legal/mdm-terms/versions/.
  • Future changes publish a new snapshot file and a new version identifier. Existing snapshots are not rewritten.
  • Account acceptance of a version is recorded against that version’s immutable URL, not against this pointer page alone.
Section titled “Related documents”
  • Website terms and marketing site content may apply to browsing Telisky’s public website. For the MDM Service, these MDM Terms control over generic website terms to the extent of any conflict.
  • A signed order form, subscription order, or data processing agreement (DPA) controls its stated subject matter over these MDM Terms if there is a conflict on that subject.
  • Privacy practices are described in Telisky’s Privacy Policy. Accepting these MDM Terms is account / contract assent. It is not consent by every tracked person, device user, vehicle occupant, or site visitor.
