First router setup

Use this page if a Telisky email, portal empty state, or installer handoff sends you to “get your first router online.” It is not a separate checklist. The full customer path is First router setup checklist.

Even when Telisky or an installer handles the field work, the customer Owner or Admin should:

  • Accept the invite or create the first owner account.
  • Confirm the organization or site name in the Telisky cloud portal.
  • Give the installer only the router label or work-order details they need.
  • Avoid sharing Telisky cloud passwords.
  • Ask for a handoff message with the router label, connection result, and time checked.

Your first router is online when it appears in Devices with online status or a recent last-seen time, and Dashboard does not show urgent attention for it.
