First router setup
Use this page if a Telisky email, portal empty state, or installer handoff sends you to “get your first router online.” It is not a separate checklist. The full customer path is First router setup checklist.
Choose the right next step

Customer responsibilities stay the same
Section titled “Customer responsibilities stay the same”Even when Telisky or an installer handles the field work, the customer Owner or Admin should:
- Accept the invite or create the first owner account.
- Confirm the organization or site name in the Telisky cloud portal.
- Give the installer only the router label or work-order details they need.
- Avoid sharing Telisky cloud passwords.
- Ask for a handoff message with the router label, connection result, and time checked.
Success looks like
Section titled “Success looks like”Your first router is online when it appears in Devices with online status or a recent last-seen time, and Dashboard does not show urgent attention for it.
